Lifeguard

/lifeguard (/lg) puts you in a Coastguard boat on patrol. After a while the radio calls: somebody is drowning.

A rescue

1. Drive close with the boat, jump in and swim to the victim.
2. Press Y to rescue them. You are put back into your boat with the victim on board.
3. Drop them off at the nearest shore (green marker). A quick hand-over pays +20%.

Every victim has a condition that sets the time limit and the pay (a rip current victim even drifts away). Time runs out = the victim drowns and your shift ends.

Streak

Every rescue in a row raises your streak: +10% pay per rescue, up to +100%.
